♡} 👑 - The beginning of change starts within. I'm a woman making change only because I first began the journey towards becoming the best version of myself! I started by examining me and asking myself the hard questions. 🤔 • • "Who am I? What was I created to do? WHY was I created? What's my purpose? What are my natural gifts and talents? What's my spiritual vocation? Which route do I take to accomplish my goals? What are my goals? What's my end goal? Am I being too detailed? Am I not detailed enough? Do I have a plan for my career and business trajectory? What's that plan? How can I help others? What part do I play in producing the change I want to see happen in this world?" Today, I am living in the answers I've been intentionally seeking after for over 10 years. • •
I'm still a work in progress, but at least the process has begun. Some of these answers have been reconfirmed. Others, I'm still in search of clarity for. But one thing that I'm consistently learning is that I don't have it all figured out. That's the beauty of life. Life is a journey. As long as I'm personally striving for better and to make every atmosphere I'm apart of great, then I'm doing my part.

As I’ve recently shared with you, I’ve been in a personal storm myself. A storm of doubt, fear, uncertainty, discomfort, weariness, and discouragement. But on Monday, I decided that despite the storm, I would be determined in the midst of discouragement – so I pressed. I mean, from my perspective I’ve had enough setbacks, delays, postponements, and “rest” days. Regardless of what it looked like outside or how I felt on the inside, I couldn’t possibly miss another work day; ESPECIALLY with PIPC-STL right around the corner! So I pressed.

I spent the beginning of the day working from home. Then, I decided to get dressed and keep my evening meeting. The rain seemed to be letting up and I wasn’t about to let a storm keep me from further walking into destiny! And to be completely honest with you, I needed to get out of the house! So I pressed.

With a misty breeze outside, I was happy to know that the weather looked worse than it actually was. There was no rain really falling from the sky. As I made it to the intersection at the top of my street, I had to make a decision – go straight or make a left. I vividly remember saying to myself, “I’m not about to play with these cars today! I’m going to take the safe route.” So I made a left. With every step I took, I felt more encouraged and empowered. “I’m doing this…I’m weathering the storm…I wasn’t moved by what I saw or how I feel. I got this!”...
